This script was created to speed up the animation workflow. It was built specifically to work with the rigs created by the auto-rigging script. It is much easier to pop a character to a pose you have stored rather than having to import a file solely to match a pose it contains. It is very convenient to be able to copy and paste poses from different files when animations need to start and end in these very specific poses.
